Acts 15:25 “It Seemed good to us, having become of one mind.”
The board orientation program for Odisha was held during 25th -26th. Nov’2017 at Brindavan Garden Niladri Vihar, Bhubaneswar. Fourteen (14) participants attended the program. During these two days of program, our dear resource persons brother J. Selvadurai and brother John Jebaraj James, had led us through mindset of board members, the concept of governance, various roles and responsibility of each committee members, how the effectiveness of ministry depends on the effective functioning of the board, principles of effective board meetings, communication, decision making. Bro. John Jebaraj James had explained the detailed roles and responsibility of every committee members and encouraged the participants by sharing his own personal testimony, how being an active, available for God can help the ministry to grow. All the sessions were comprehensible, informative and highly interactive. All the doubts and questions of participants were addressed and cleared during the sessions. Participants were encouraged and challenged in order to have effective meetings that will create an impact on the ministry. Brain storming sessions on SWOT analysis was done to understand the strength and weakness of the current ministry in Odisha. Here are few feedbacks from the participants:
