Group activities and games like tower making using tea cups were also conducted. Through these games, we learnt principles of team work and doing effective ministry.
This program has benefited us in many ways like to awaken us in terms of realizing our responsibilities, accountability regarding to our ministry to make it more effective and efficient. We got to learn in-depth meaning and knowledge about Governance- process, plans, and strategies, evaluation of performance and core four mandates for a highly effective committee. Through SWOT analysis, we identified our committees’ several weaknesses which we need to overcome; strengths which we need to strengthen more and to use our opportunities in a more effective manner in order to avoid or deal with our threats.
